Yisel Pons Guzman (Cuban, born 1989) I’m a painter, born in Havana, Cuba, on April 26, 1989. Painter, sculptor and engraver. At a very young age she began in the plastic arts from 2002 to the present. I maintain an entire artistic career from Cuba, and now in the United States of America where currently resides graduated from the Higher Institute of Arts in Havana-Cuba, 2012 and Graduated from the Guantanamo Academy of Plastic Arts, 2006. I’m exhibited in different countries and paintings are in private collections in various countries around the world participated in 2 biennials, Cuba and Mexico. Participation in events as a guest at the San Carlos Academy of Arts in Mexico, 2013. Most of my works absorb a whole trend of figurative expressionism, academics maintain a self-referential theme in her paintings, Portraits and human figures that reflect a state, a meaning.
